Otpee numbers are for legitimate testing and privacy needs. This policy sets the line clearly so the service is not used to harm people or break platform rules.

Zero tolerance for harm

Do not use Otpee to deceive, exploit, harass, steal access, evade safeguards or perform any unlawful activity. If a use feels borderline, stop and ask support before placing an order.

Uses we support

Subject to the service terms and the rules of the platform you are testing, an Otpee number may be used for:

Legitimate software, QA and integration testing where you control or have permission to test the account.
Privacy-conscious sign-up or recovery for your own lawful account when the third-party service permits it.
Short-lived development, staging or research workflows that do not target real people or bypass safeguards.
Other lawful uses that do not create risk for a person, platform, financial system or public service.

Never use Otpee for

Deception and theftFraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, account takeover, credential testing, identity abuse or evading an account restriction.

Spam and harassmentBulk messaging, unsolicited outreach, threats, stalking, abuse or any campaign that targets people without consent.

High-risk verificationBanking, payments, investments, crypto, government, elections, healthcare, insurance, credit, employment or other high-impact accounts.

Security abuseMalware, botnets, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation, evasion of anti-abuse controls or unauthorised testing.

Illegal or evasive activityAny activity that violates applicable law, sanctions, court orders, platform rules or another person’s rights.

Do not ask support to help bypass a platform’s rules, recover an account you do not own or obtain a number for a prohibited purpose.

Third-party services and providers

You are responsible for checking the terms of the website, app or service where you enter an Otpee number. A number being available does not mean that the third party permits temporary numbers or that Otpee guarantees acceptance.

Otpee may rely on an upstream provider such as 5SIM. We do not claim endorsement by that provider, and any reseller or API permission must be confirmed before live sales. Provider rules, country restrictions and anti-abuse controls also apply.

How we enforce this policy

We may rate-limit, pause, cancel or refuse an order; suspend an account; or block access while we investigate.
We may preserve relevant records and share information where required by valid legal process or needed to protect users and the service.
Orders connected to abuse, fraud, prohibited use or incorrect information are not eligible for a wallet return.
We may update this policy as providers, threats or applicable law change.

Enforcement decisions may be made before every fact is known when necessary to reduce immediate risk. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Report a concern

If you see suspected abuse, a compromised account or a mistaken restriction, return to the marketplace and use the Contact support pill. Include the Otpee order or transfer reference, a short description and evidence you are authorised to share. Never send your password or a live SMS code.
