This page explains exactly what happens to a bank deposit and when an unsuccessful order can return credit to your wallet.

The main rule / 01

A confirmed bank deposit becomes Otpee wallet balance.

It is final service credit. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, reversed to the sending bank account, transferred to another customer, or exchanged outside Otpee.

Wallet credit may return

When an order is not fulfilled

  • The supplier cannot provide the selected number.
  • An eligible active order is cancelled before an SMS arrives.
  • The supplier confirms an eligible timeout or cancellation.
  • A technical rejection occurs before service delivery.

Any approved amount goes back to the Otpee wallet it came from.

No return

When service or credit is final

  • A bank deposit has been confirmed as wallet balance.
  • An SMS code has already been received.
  • The order has been completed or marked finished.
  • The request involves abuse, fraud, prohibited use, or incorrect details supplied by the customer.

Wallet credit cannot be paid out to a bank account.

Transfer mistakes

Always use the exact amount and the unique Otpee reference shown in your funding ticket. If you send the wrong amount, use the wrong account, duplicate a transfer, or omit the reference, contact support immediately with the transfer receipt. Review and matching may take longer, and contacting support does not convert the deposit into a withdrawable cash balance.

Order disputes

Contact support with your order ID and a clear description of the issue. We check the supplier status and Otpee records. If the order qualifies, the amount is restored as Otpee wallet credit. Requests made after an SMS code has been delivered are not eligible.

Account restrictions

We may hold or refuse a wallet return while investigating suspected fraud, charge disputes, policy violations, or attempts to misuse the service. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
