Clear rules.
Fair use.
These terms explain how Otpee accounts, naira wallet credit, temporary SMS orders and third-party providers work.
Last updated: 8 September 2026These are product terms in plain language. Before accepting live funds, have the operating entity, jurisdiction, payment obligations and third-party/reseller permissions reviewed by qualified counsel.
1. Agreement and the service
These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Otpee at otpee.online. By visiting the site, creating an account or using a service, you confirm that you can enter a contract, are at least 18 years old, and will follow these terms and the acceptable-use policy.
Otpee provides a marketplace for short-term SMS activation numbers. A number is temporary, intended for a supported activation, and is not a permanent mobile line, identity service or guarantee that a third-party account will remain available.
2. Your account
- Provide an email address you control and accurate information needed for account, transfer or support review.
- Keep your password and session devices secure. Do not share access or use another person’s account without permission.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, a wrong transfer or a compromised account.
- One person may not create accounts or transactions to evade limits, investigations or a restriction.
We may pause, limit or close an account when needed to protect users, investigate fraud, comply with law, enforce these terms or respond to a provider restriction.
3. Naira wallet and bank transfers
Otpee prices and wallet balances are displayed in Nigerian naira. A confirmed bank deposit becomes closed-loop Otpee service credit. It is final: it cannot be withdrawn as cash, returned to a bank account, transferred to another customer or exchanged outside Otpee.
- Use the exact amount, receiving account and unique Otpee reference shown in the funding ticket.
- A transfer remains pending until Otpee matches and confirms it. A notification or receipt does not itself credit the wallet.
- Wrong, duplicate, unreferenced or disputed transfers may require manual review and may be delayed or refused.
- Wallet credit is for Otpee services only and has no cash value outside the service.
See the refund policy for the limited cases where an unfulfilled order can restore wallet credit.
4. Quotes, orders and returns
The final retail price and availability are shown before you confirm. Inventory, supplier response and expiry can change quickly. An order is complete when the temporary number and SMS service have been delivered or when the order is marked finished.
- Do not start an order unless you are ready to use it for an authorised purpose during its short active window.
- If the supplier rejects, cancels or times out an eligible order before delivery, Otpee may return the retail amount to the originating wallet.
- After an SMS code is delivered, the service is considered used and the order is not eligible for a wallet return.
- We do not promise that a third-party platform will accept a number, avoid a ban or keep an account active.
Any return is wallet credit only. The full rules and exclusions are on the refund policy page.
5. Responsible and third-party use
You must comply with the acceptable-use policy, applicable law and the rules of every third-party service where you use a number. Fraud, spam, account takeover, identity abuse, financial or government verification, healthcare access, phishing, harassment, malware and bypassing platform safeguards are prohibited.
Otpee may use an upstream SMS provider such as 5SIM to fulfil an order. Otpee is not claiming that a provider endorses this storefront, and provider access or reseller permission must be confirmed before live sales. Provider terms may impose additional limits, pricing, availability or remedies.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep Otpee available, but the site, inventory, bank confirmation and upstream providers can be interrupted, delayed or unavailable. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not responsible for a third-party account decision, number reuse, provider outage, inaccurate customer details, bank processing delay or prohibited use. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, providers or law changes. The date above will change with any material update. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another process.
Questions, account notices and complaints can be sent through the Contact support pill on the marketplace. The registered operator details, governing law and dispute forum will be added once the operating entity is finalised.
